Grew up in Oberägeri. Matura and secondary school teacher training. Preliminary course at the School of Design in Biel. Preliminary diploma at the Hochschule der Künste in Bern. Moved to Leipzig to the Academy of Visual Arts. Studied illustration with Prof. Volker Pfüller and Prof. Thomas M. Müller. Guest semester in Berlin Weissensee with Prof. Nanne Meyer. Graduated in summer 2008 and back in Switzerland. In spring 2014, Master's degree in arts of communication design at the Bern University of the Arts on the subject of "Simultaneous Images in Bilderbogen". Freelance illustrator and collaborator in the print workshop of the HSLU and at the SfGBB
